A 1998 graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Mr. Kimmel opened the Law Offices of Jeffrey S. Kimmel in 2000.

Gary Miller has over a decade of litigation support experience in New York civil practice and consults on a wide variety of cases from commercial.

Kelly Griffin-Fromm practices general civil litigation with a focus on contractual disputes, foreclosures, construction and insurance litigation. Ms. Griffin-Fromm litigates Denial of Coverage Claims on behalf of both insurers and insureds and has defended significant products liability cases on behalf of retailers. Ms. Griffin-Fromm also litigates foreclosure actions, both commercial and residential, and handles complex commercial litigation with a focus on those disputes arising from contractual provisions.

Ms. Griffin-Fromm is a former NCAA Collegiate Basketball player and served as the Senior Director of Habitat for Humanity at Fordham Law School. Ms. Griffin was the Business Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal and received the Fordham Public Interest Student Leadership Award.

Since then, he has accumulated extensive experience helping small businesses and independent consultants collect unpaid invoices for goods sold and services rendered. Mr. Kimmel has obtained and enforced countless money judgments. He fights hard and negotiates adeptly for his clients both in and out of court. Mr. Kimmel also represents medical providers in disputes over unpaid no-fault insurance bills. Over the past decade he has collected millions in no-fault benefits from insurance carriers throughout New York and New Jersey via arbitration awards and settlements.
